If you and your spouse are unable to reach an agreement on the divorce and ancillary matters, you must attend a mandatory co-parenting programme (CPP). This is especially so for divorcing parents with children under 21 years old.
The CPP consist of 2 parts: (1) e-learning and (2) consultation with a counsellor.
How do I apply for CPP?
To apply for CPP, you will need to log in with your Singpass via the link here. If you have difficulty in doing so, we can assist.
Do I have to attend the CPP together with my spouse?
What do I have to do for the e-learning?
When do I have to book an appointment for the consultation?
How long does the consultation take?
Who will be speaking with me during the consultation?
Do I have to pay to attend the CPP?
Can my friends or lawyer complete the CPP on my behalf?
What if I am residing overseas?
